After being paying for recharge Cost 598(Actual amount paid 558 beacuse of airtel offer of Rs. 40 cashback) the recharge plan is not activated on phn no.9116992291. It is also totally very disturbing that the complaint can not be registered to the customer care because of non-efficient way of the company to handle their customer grievances .
Also after paying for the aforesaid plan the message from the company read out that the plan will be activated in maximum of four hours but after more than 10 hours the plan is still not activated by the company.
