Text of Complaint by Nitin Lal:

I recharged of Rs. 251 plan and did not getting voice calls options which is mentioned under t&c of that plan.
When I tried to reach back to customer care through live chat they ignored and did not replied to me till the end of conversation either didn’t assured me regarding call back.
In both the chats I was not happy, and wanted to clear my points on info page and t&c page of work from home plan.
Would request you to find the attachment and make the necessary changes in either of the pages and do my refund.
