As per Tatplay fibre website plan available to me after entering my registered mobile No. 9314889036, I renewed it for 202 days for the 50 MBPs speed for the amount showed on their website on 19th July 2022for an amount of Rs.3245.00. Snapshot of the the above said plan has been mailed to care@tataplayfiber.ac.in. Unfortunately they have renewed by broadband connection for 150 days only instead of 202 days.I have send three reminders to them on their mail site care@tataplayfiber.ac.in., along with snapshot taken by me on the day of renewal but no reply except acknowledgement.I have talked to their help line No.1800120777 several times with no result
