On7.10.18 I recharged Rs199 online with my debit card twice within 2 hrs Both txns were shown successful but were added to the balance of mob no 8401567671 instead of my no8450971458 The other person is agreeable for the reversal of wrong balance added I complained on 121@in.airtel.com several times I was informed it will be resolved within 72 hrs Now they have stopped responding my emails There’s no mode of communication except email
