Dear Sir, I have done a recharge on my airtel prepaid no.-86792940321of Rs 100/- (Talk time -Rs 81.5) on 06/04/2022 which is reflected in my airtel account and after a few minutes, also did a smart recharge of Rs 99/- on the same day i.e 06/04/2022, but up to till date i.e 17/04/2022 it is not reflected in my airtel account however amount of Rs 99/- has been deducted at the same time. I also went to the airtel store in Model Town, Bareilly after 7 days, but they were also unable to track my transaction on their server but a successful recharge message has been sent by airtel and also in the airtel app notification. Reference no. of the recharge done is 20961393178
Please do needful ASAP.
airtel store staff told me that in case recharge not showing in your airtel account, amount of rs 99/- has been refunded into to account through which transaction has been done
