Hi Team,

On 8th of May 2020 I did a recharge of Rs598 on my airtel prepaid number 8143627768 using airtel app and payment mode as gpay UPI. But amount got deducted but recharge did not happen. Customer care support is not working and I have written plenty of email but no response received. Even Razorpay has confirmed that payment has been received by airtel. I need recharge to happen on priority or refund my money. Please find the attachments.

    Today(Dated:05.12.2020) I did a recharge of Rs.501 for my Airtel DTH account (3029410038) using Airtel app and payment mode as gpay upi.Amount got deducted but recharge did not happen.custome care support is not working and I gave a feedback In Airtel App but no response received.Even Razorpay has confirmed that payment has been received by Airtel.I need to refund my Amount.Kindly do the needful….
