I had recharged my mob number on 2nd Dec 2021 with Rs 479/- through net banking but my mob number not recharged or amt not returned back to my account by airtel. When i enquire from my bank customer care they had confirm me that Rs 479/- has been credited to Airtel. I had tried to several time to contact to Airtel customer care regarding the issue but their is no option on airtel customer care No 198 or 121 to speak with customer care executive. I had also forward mail to airtel on airtel complaint ID 121@in.airtel.com on 23 Dec 2021 on the issue but no response received from airtel till date.
