Dear sir,
I had recharged for rs149 last month but did use the talk time, because low signal strength I could not make calls. Also my 288 minutes free talk time got lapsed. I request you to kindly look into the matter since my entire amount of rs 149 has gone waste without using. I tried calling customer care but could speak to the executive since the computerized message keeps on repeating the same.
Today again I have recharged with rs 149.
Hence my humble request is to kindly top up my account with rs 149 which has not been utilised.
