I recharged sim no. 9796261441 on 06.05.2020 for monthly plan of Rs. 249.00 but surprisingly just on 14.05.2020 the sim stopped working with a message that there is no balance. It was shocking as the recharge for same plan of Rs. 249.00 would generally last for 28 days. Since I was urgently reqiring Net service I recharged it or. Rs. 299.00 on 15.05.2020.
It would be appreciated if the matter is looked into and the amount of Rs. 249.00 is carried forward for this no. 9796261441
