I was asked a recharge of my prepaid airtel no. Expiring on
15 Nov. Accordingly, I made a UPI payment of Rs.199/-(discounted) which was debited from my bank. But my phone has not been recharged., and I have no information. Pl kindly do the needful on priority. Gopal Khare
