Respected Sir ,
I am Koka Ram Prasad Rao , an old customer of your Airtel company since 1996.. My mobile no-+91-9903674221.I have recharged in my wife mobile no-+91-8008412957 by IOB net banking from my above account following transaction :
1. on dated 13/06/24 transaction id 20142354327 for PAYU-ORION TECHNO AGE OPC PRIVATE L-NET @895243 debited Rs100/-
2. on dated 14/06/24 transaction id 20150723089 for PAYU-ORION TECHNO AGE OPC PRIVATE L-NET @932254 debited Rs100/-
3. on dated 14/06/24 transaction id 20150760217 for PAYU-ORION TECHNO AGE OPC PRIVATE L-NET @932306 debited Rs100/-
4. on dated 16/06/24 transaction id 20166853320 for PAYU-ORION TECHNO AGE OPC PRIVATE L-NET @973202 debited Rs 99/-
All these transaction amount has been debited to my IOB bank saving account but till now my wife mobile has not been activated for Outgoing call.
Request you to kindly check and reverse my amount to my Bank account as soon as possible . I trust IOB Bank indemnity and customer services and hope to get positive response from you. Need your support and looking forward to you earliest solution on this issue . Thanks in Advance.
