I recharged my JIO sim with a plan of Rs 297. After recharging i was not able to use the plan on my current phone. After talking to the customer executive i came to know that this was exclusively for JIO phone and will not be applicable in my current phone. I even checked the recharge portal from where i recharged and came to know that it was not mentioned clearly that the recharge is for JIO phones only. And after talking to the customer care executive i came to know that they can’t do anything about it. There is no refund or replace policy with JIO and my money is completely wasted.
