Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby bring to the notice of the concerned personnel the issue I have faced with respect to a recharge made using the Airtel Thanks app.
Transaction Details:-
Date: 31.03.2020 – Tuesday
Amount recharged: Rs 558/- pack
Payment method: Google Pay UPI
The amount of recharge has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not successful and is not reflecting in my Airtel account. The bank personnel has intimated that the transaction has been successful on their part.
Requesting you to take the necessary action as soon as possible and rectify the situation at hand. It would be best if the recharge amount can be refunded at the earliest.
