I have recharged my number with 75 rupees plan but plan is not activated even after 5 days. Also when I call Customer care none of the jio customer care numbers will connect to customer care executive. It is really irritating, these operators have to give a dedicated line to connect to executives instead they have given menu system after navigating through all the menu also the call will not connect to customer care executive. Really hopeless and worst customer care number from Jio. I’m a big fan of Reliance Jio and the revolution they have done but their customer care line sucks.
