Dear Sir/Mam, Good Morning. I’m Prasath and I am a merchant, I did lot of recharges(Mobile, DTH have done through the epayon app. Last week I did 3 recharges[21-10-21,1.34 P.M. – SUN DIRECT – DTH ID : 70473082881- AMOUNT : 242 &22-10-21,6.25 A.M. – SUN DIRECT – DTH ID : 70476082881 – AMOUNT : 242 & 22-10-21,07.08 P.M. – AIRTEL DTH – DTH ID : 3032862857 – AMOUNT : 225] to different customers through the epayon app. But till now it was not successful. It was showing only “Waiting for Operator Confirmation”. The amount is debited from my account. I raised a complaint to epayon for their whatsapp customer care(+91-7450912345). They saw the the complaint. but there is no response from them. Customers are shouted and asked the refund to me. I also gave the refund amount to that customers. Again I raised a complaint to epayon (Whatspp customer care) and I also wrote a mail(support@epayon.app) to them. But till now no response from them. I totally disappointed for their service. I need refund for that three failed transactions and request you to close this issue.
