I performed dth recharge via Airtel app on 16th march. DTH started working but next day it was showing No recharge. So i raised complaint with airtel. They asked ne rais complaint with Amazon as I paid via amazon amazon pay. I did the same . Amazon is saying operator has confirmed that recharge is successful so they could not process refund while Airtel executive denied any recharge on that day.
