On 1st June 2020,I had recharged Airtel truly unlimited pack of Rs 558 against my mobile number 9612960148, but till date recharge is yet to be done, I have mailed to nodal officer North east but not very helpful, the Txn ID received from customer care is 200601688664. I want my recharge if possible or airtAi may reimburse the amount due.
