On 5th January 2019 Airtel prepaid mobile number 7 3 89593 8 3 2 has been recharged by 119 rupees. 6th January till 4:30 p.m. recharge plan has not been credited to the above mentioned mobile number on contacting customer care 121 two of the customer care executives have said that recharge is successful please restart your mobile and call to any number it will start working but it doesn’t worked so I called to senior executive of Airtel but that person told me that recharge has not been done on 5th January 2019 i have recharged through SBI online via Airtel website. On my SBI online transaction status is being shown as successful .This has not happened for the first time on recharging Airtel prepaid mobile number sometimes data is being credited after 4 hours or some other issues crop up. Really fed up very pathetic service provider.Cheater at its’ best
