Team,

I have recharged my mobile number for yearly recharge on 08-Apr-2020 but recharge is not yet reflecting in my account yet.
The Airtel web channel shows it as transaction failed but my UPI transaction id is successful.
Can you please help me to initiate refund or reflect the recharge on my mobile?
