I have an Airtel prepaid account for which I recharged with a plan for RS. 558 on April 16th, 2020. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and has reached the merchant’s account. Yet, my recharge details is not reflected on my Airtel account. The transaction history tab also shows no mention of my transaction on April 16th, 2020
