Text of Complaint by Monolisa:

I recharged to my mobile number in Airtel app via gpay on 12/4/2020. Recharge was successfully done and amount was debited from my bank account. Initiated mail to airtel care but didn’t received any response. Can’t call customer care, no option is available in IVR to connect customer care staff. I was very disappointed with Airtel customer care service. I want this to be solved immediately.
