I ported from vi to airtel on 10th August at airtel centre in Kengeri satellite town.
I got my airtel sim and also paid 250₹ as first recharge amount to the airtel representative. Payment was done via upi and the bill was not provided to me.
Today 11th August when my sim got activated I only have 5₹ as balance which will expire within a day.
My first recharge amount which I paid the representative for is not reflecting and I am not able to contact customer care through 121 or 198..
Please look into this matter asap and get back to me.
