Hi Team,
I have made multiple complaints since Nov 2020 that my Recharge of Rs 1000 is not reflecting in my TATA SKY account. I have given them proof also from HDFC bank with the transaction that the money has been paid to tata sky with the reference number. but no resolution.
the reason i am raising this as it could be done to multiple consumers and nobody has voiced their opinion.
Please help me resolve it. this is not right what they are doing.
