Hello Airtel team
I did recharge on my wife’s prepaid number ( 9601310919) on yesterday , still the recharge balance was not affect.
I don’t want to call to customer care number to resolve my issue , I tried 3 times , because your customer care service I never find the direct option to call with your executive ,
So kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible
