Text of Complaint by Tufel:

  1. On June 1st I made recharge. Of 598 after some discount 558 debited from my bank account but not reflected in airtel account, regarding this I have complaint the customer care nearly 4times and 2times in airtel thank app ,written mail also ..but there is no response from any one neither amount is refunded
  2. Fed up with Airtel services ,after 21days still it’s not solved ,for our money v have to struggle this much with airtel
