I have recharged Rs 379 on 24th June. Amount debitted from my account but recharge not get reflected.
So I have mailed airtel team and asked for quick action.
There are many back and forth mails…then one person replied the recharge got failed and the amount will be returned back in 10days if not please send the bank statements feom 24th june to current date. I have sent the same no use. Later I was directly went to Airtel Showroom (Ashok nagar chennai)..I was explained my issue..they checked the mobile by opened the app. No use. Then I went another day ..I have explained the issue to another person..He mailed to some team but no response. Then again I reached to different person and explained..she asked babk statements..transaction ids..etc..I have given the same..she drafted mail to some team. Then after a week I asked for an update. They told within 7 days amount will reflect back in your account. But till now I didnt receive. Meanwhile I have checked my bank for the transaction..tbey confirmed amount debitted from my side and credited in airtel bank also they gave reference id. I have provided the same to airtel team. Still i didnt get proper response. Please help me on this and fix my issue soon and provide my amount.
