I have recharged one of my friends jio no-8789212368 ( which is already added in my jio app) from my jio app aftrr using switching account to that number and paid via amazon pay upi ,tr was successful my account debited but it’s not appearing in his recharge history nor he received any message , and suddenlt I got message Ifpr recharge , though I also recharged my no-8903602514 still I rechecked if I have made any mistake but found I made the recharge after switching to his account only. But it was not done. Also a double entry is showing in my recharge history .I tried calling customer care, tried live chat option in my jio app but all are busy in advertising new plans and balance information. Finally I have found this place to write, kindly check and revert as early as possible
