I have done recharge for mobile of BSNL on 06/06/2022 through mobikwik INR 99,money deducted,also message come of recharge successfull but actually no recharge done by Airtel.Till date No refund done by Airtel still I am constantly interacting with them after providing all details to them.Still they are telling me to communicate with mobikwik. As recharge was successful, mobikwik told me kindly confirm from BSNL. I have requested BSNL and also mobikwik , still they have not refund amount and telling me that get written statement of recharge not done for this transaction Also I am attaching here transaction statement and details for the same.
