Sir,
I did recharge of Rs 446 for international roaming on 20 feb 2020 with transaction id –TRANSID827021811 . My mobile number is 9871880728.
Please refer to the attached screenshot of the message. But recharge was not processed and amount of Rs 446 is deducted from my account. Package was valid for 90 days but It was not processed.
I contacted your customer care executive several times for past 30 days and they are saying this package is discontinued by the airtel. Neither they are adjusting this amount nor they are agreeing for refund.
This is really bad customer service, you can not take the hard earned consumer money like this.
