Text of Complaint by Lakshmu:

I have recharged my mother’s number from My Airtel thanks app registered on my mobile number. The payment was done through Amazon pay. Amount got deducted from my account. Amazon pay transactions has the transaction ID even, but the same is neither reflected on Airtel thanks app nor the recharge was successful. Not sure of the position of my money.
