Hello sir/mam,

On march 16 at 22:02 pm I recharged my father’s number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 149 Rupees pack (which is 28 days validity unlimited calling pack with 2gb data). And I made the payment through Phonepay in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions for my mom’s number but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and give me my refund.
