Text of Complaint by Sangeetha:

I made a payment through Airtel app. Airtel app takes me to google pay for payment option. But amount deducted from my account I did not get the recharge successful message. Recharge not done. I can’t contact customer care on this lockdown period.

And there is no online services for rectify this problem.
