Hi all,

I am recently mnp to airtel . I paid for this 297 rs in mobility shop,near surya backery ,mysore, Karnataka and mnp accept by airtel partner

Mnp is free that amount for recharge only .

Just activated the sim but its still not recharge it asking again to make a recharge

I am trying to cal Airtel customer care 121,198 there is no option to contact airtel service center its irritating and also try via thanks app but there shows balance and recharge options only . There is no chat options also.

Airtel says 24/7 customer service available if not connect the customer center  why give the adds

And there is no chat window in thanks app also
