Dear Team,

This is regarding recharge from My Airtel App.
  • I’m One of your airtel user, Mr. Saranya, was trying to recharge his airtel no. 7708804095 yesterday  at 8.45 pm from My Airtel App, the payment has done of Rs.598 (amount is debited from bank account) but didn’t get recharge.
I also tried to connect with airtel customer care but couldn’t reached.
Request you to please look into this & do the needful.
Please check below message received when payment initiated & the image enclosed of amount debited. This is for your ready reference.
Message for payment initiated:
“Recharge of Rs. 598.00 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 7708804095. Txn ID: 201006708141. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference.”
