On 10 January I initiated recharge of rs 301 data pack from gpay… Account debited , recharge not done,then i recharged through Airtel website of rs 58 data pack .. and I recharged rs 301 data pack from Airtel app next day.. gpay customer care told that amount was credited to biller. Kindly check and provide details .
