I am Selvarani samuel postpaid customer. I recharged 219/- package for my cousin Mobile 8925483541 chennai on 09/07/20 afternoon. Now not got recharged and not got out money back. What is the status sir. Please give me the explanation. During this pandemic it is difficult for us to spend 219/- ( it is big amount for us )
Please do the needful . Give the amount back please. Hope this wont occur next time
