Text of Complaint by Shashi:

It has been 7 days and still not got my money back in the account after recharge was unsuccessful. Ironically there’s no customer care no. listed on the google. I tried many no which were there but there wasn’t any option to press the key to get your call connected to the customer care executive. Such a fraudulent activity and fraudster company. I was thinking about Airtel broadband but after this experience I am never gonna commit the same mistake and there are many customers like me suffering but got no solution
