I have recharged my bsnl prepaid mobile with rs 187 through phone pe app, in the it’s showing Recharge is successfull but i don’t got.the recharge,when i contacted phone pe they told recharge is successfull and gave me transaction id and reference id and told me to go to bsnl when i reached to bsnl they are saying that they didn’t received money and go to phone pe….. Don’t know who took my money…..
