On 5th June I had done a recharge amounting 399/-…I received a TXT message from my bank account where the amount had been deducted but I din receive any message for recharge done…later after 2 days I connected with Google pay n asked them…they said it might be due to server problems…so don’t worry your money will be refunded…later I also asked that is it ok I do d same recharge again as my pack is expiring today itself…n I won’t face d same problem…they said yes I can make the same recharge again…n for the first recharge…my money will be refunded…it’s been a month that I am trying to contact razorpayairtel n nobody is answering…nor anybody is interested in solving the issue…nor refunding the amount…all are frauds here…I would suggest everyone… please don’t use razorpayairtel for any payment process…they are frauds…they give a toll free number…which is always busy…no matter u try for long…u won’t get connected to them…so please beawre of these frauds…
