Text of Complaint by PRASENJIT DAS:

I have  recharged through My Airtel App to an Airtel mo. no. Xxxxxxx705 on 10/08/20 of Rs 143/-. The amount deducted from my Account but the recharge has not done and I have not found any transaction details. This is not only first time. Also the network services is very poor. I am very disappointed to use the service and the App. Please help me.
