Text of Complaint by Rakesh Chandel:

On 22.01.2021  I have recharged my Niece’s Airtel Mobile number 9805254754 through PhonePay for Rs.399 , an Transaction ID saying “Recharge Successful”  was generated N2101221640002101029298  but her mobile not recharged.

No SMS was received regarding recharge on her mobile,although the amount has been deducted from my bank account.
