Hi Team,
I am Beant Singh Mobile Number: +9181948-85448 . I tried to recharge my Airtel Mobile at Online HDFC Banking. I tried this twice but unfortunately these recharge attempts failed on 2nd December 2022. I have attached failed recharge receipts. But still the recharge amount (INR 1799:00) is deducted from my HDFC Bank account. I have tried to reach HDFC Bank and did an investigation on this matter. As per their findings the money has been transferred to AIRTEL and they should complete the recharge process But my mobile is not recharged. I have tried to reach the AIRTEL office and they said they didn’t receive any money. Which is really dissatisfying for a customer. Could you please have a look and let me know where this money has gone.
