Dear Sir/Madam,
I did my recharge mobile no 6299289358 yesterday of Rs 719 for 84 days through online for jio recharge the amount has been deducted from account and payment successful but my recharge is not done. I have made another recharge from local Jio center for one month so request you to cancel my Rs 719 transaction and reverse money back into my account.
I want the same to be refunded back to my account through NEFT which i made the transaction.
Please do the needful.
