Text of Complaint by Kushal Chaterjee:

A payment of Rs 103 was debited to my saving bank account through internet banking on 22/06/2021 for recharging  of BSNL mobile no 9433451286 the renewal was not done and the amount was debited from my aforesaid account with SBI. Therefor I am seeking your help for refund. recharge of phone not done
