Text of Complaint by aishwarya panwar:

I did my recharge online through airtel app as suggested by airtel it self and the amount was deducted from my account but no recharge was done and no message was also send to my number neither a refund was processed. Because the earlier recharge was not done so I did it again and the same thing repeated itself again but this time a message came to my phone that the recharge will be processed in 3-4 hours and 24 hours have passed and I have not received the refund nor my recharge is done
