Text of Complaint by Pratik Ahire:

I recharged my Jio mobile number this morning. The amount of Rs. 149 was debited but I did not recieve any message from Jio regarding my successful payment and the validity of the plan I paid for. I am not able to use any services . When I log in to myjio account, the dashboard says no plans active. Please help
