Sir/madam,
I , a regular airtel customer, is having an issue that in spite of doing recharge of no. 86021….. on 13.8.2020, my validity was not extended for 28 days. In fact, for that consent, I tried to contact AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE, but I could not contact. I also received a confirmation message from AIRTEL but it was not updated on the server. in fact today my incoming and outgoing calls are also blocked by airtel.
