Recently I got my number ported to Delhi-Airtel circle from Chennai-Airtel circle.
I was told that since I’m changing only the circle(not the operator nor the number) my existing recharge would carry forward to the new sim.
But post activation of the sim I’m not getting my previous recharge balance and when contacted with the Airtel support (198) they are asking me to do a new recharge.
I just want to request you to carry forward my existing recharge and sort out this issue for a customer who is loyal to Airtel from a very long time and want to remain with Airtel in the future as well.
Please sort this issue out or I’ll definitely port my number to JIO/Idea post 90 days and also post my incident on social media mentioning how Airtel is looting money from its customers also mentioning on consumer portal.
I mean how can you even nullify my existing 598rupee recharge even though I’m using Airtel only, it’s just that I got my circle changed. Both the states have same recharge amount for the pack. Please make it right and provide me resolution.
