On Jan 27, 2026, I recharged for ₹999, but the plan was never activated on my number. Due to this emergency, I was late & forced to do another recharge of ₹899 to continue using services.
I have already emailed your support team regarding the ₹999 refund, but I have not received the money back or a satisfactory response. This delay is causing me significant financial distress.This has resulted in a loss of 50,000
Requested Action:
Please refund the ₹999 to my original payment & rs 50000 source immediately. Attached is the proof of payment for your reference.
