Text of Complaint by Kuruba Sairam:

On 21st September 2020, I recharged my mother’s airtel number with 45 rs. She got a message of recharge but she couldn’t make call to anyone. This is the 3rd time.. We r just losing money.

Kindly look into this matter and activate the recharge.
